Super Ball Piston Motors Are Pollution-Less And Fuel-Less But What Can We Use Them For?
The Online Think Tank has run across a very interesting new concept and all though this is such a common occurrence you are probably saying; that makes sense. But this time the concept came in from an inventor named Richard Walker. It is a Super Ball Piston Motor, which is completely Pollution-less and Fuel-less, but what can we use them for?
It seems the potential killer applications for such a super ball motor are infinite. And thus I hath been considering this Super Ball Motor concept. And have the following thoughts. One great application would be for Space Flight, it would be perfect for it.
A super ball motor concept also appears to be quite scalable. It could run on one cylinder or maybe 2 or more cylinders running together or opposite cycles too? But why stop there these same units could be set up to run in random order all bouncing to a different drummer in large arrays with fields of them.
Blower Motors
Single-phase motors are built differently from three phase motors that start and run in a direction based on the phase rotation of the incoming power. An auxiliary starting means is required to run single-phase motors, which, once started in a direction, will continue to run in that particular direction.
Single-phase motors are categorized by the method used to start the motor and the method used to establish the direction of rotation.

Industrial Electric Motors - A Comparison of Its Different Types
Industrial electric motors are relevant components in order to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy. They function after magnetic fields interact with conductors that carry current. With the use of a generator, the process may be reversed, that is, mechanical energy is converted to electrical energy.
There are a number of applications for industrial electric motors. Included in the list are industrial fans or blowers, pumps and power tools. They are also relevant for the functioning of household appliances as well as computer drives. It operates in two ways: first, with the use of a battery; or from alternating current. Below are some types to take note of.

Basic Motion Control - A Glossary of Terms Used With Variable Frequency Drives and Electric Motors
Electronic VFDs are speed control devices which vary the voltage and frequency to an induction motor using a technique called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). Since they are inexpensive and reliable, VFD's have become the preferred way to achieve variable speed operation. The following is a glossary of commonly used terms when describing or specifying Variable Frequency Drives for electric motors.
Alternating Current (AC): A periodic flow of electricity which changes direction each cycle, reaching a maximum in one direction, decreasing to null, then reversing to reach a maximum in the opposite direction.
Air Gap: The space between the rotating and stationary parts of an electric motor. Magnetic energy is transferred across this gap.
